Jeanne's Blueberry-French Toast Breakfast Casserole

For sauce:

1/2 cup water
1/2 cup honey
2 tbs corn starch
1 tbs lemon juice
1 cup blueberries

Other Ingredients:

16 Slices dried bread
8oz Pkg. cream cheese
2 Cups Blueberries
3 Cups Milk
3 Eggs
1/3 cup Sue Bee Honey
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
1/2 Cup Sugar
1/4 tsp. Nutmeg
1 tsp. Cinnamon

Spray 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray. Spread cream cheese evenly over 6 slices of bread and lay in bottom of baking dish. Sprinkle 2 cups of blueberries over bread

Combine milk, eggs, honey, vanilla and 1/4 cup sugar. Cut remaining 10 slices of bread into cubes and add to liquid. Pour bread/liquid over blueberries in baking dish. Cover with foil and refrigerate over night.

Sprinkle 1/4 cup sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg over bread mixture and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 30 minutes or until top is golden brown and an inserted knife comes out clean. Let set 5 minutes. Top with blueberry sauce.
