Ellen's Italian Garden Salad

3 Tbs. Red Wine Vinegar
2 Tbs. Olive Oil
1 tsp. Dill
¾ tsp. Salt
¼ tsp. Mustard
1/8 tsp. Pepper
2 Cloves Garlic, pressed
½ Green Pepper
1 Red Pepper
1 Head Broccoli florets
½ Red Onion
½ lbs Asparagus, cooked
½ lb Green Beans, cooked
1 Can Black Olives
1 Head Romaine lettuce
4 oz Parmesan cheese

Blend the first 7 ingredients. Combine dressing with vegetables and marinate 3-4 hours or overnight.

Add marinated vegetables to romaine lettuce and parmesan cheese
